About the Mogin A.I. Deal Table

What We Track

The Mogin Law A.I. Deal Table tracks significant acquisitions, investments, partnerships, infrastructure commitments, licensing arrangements, talent transactions, grants, and other capital events involving artificial intelligence, AI infrastructure, AI-enabled software, robotics, data, and related technologies. Our goal is not to create a comprehensive database of every AI startup financing. Rather, we seek to document transactions that help illustrate how companies are building, scaling, consolidating, financing, or controlling important components of the AI ecosystem.

Inclusion Criteria

We generally include:

  • AI-related acquisitions, mergers, investments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Transactions involving AI models, agents, developer tools, data, infrastructure, semiconductor technologies, robotics, and AI-enabled enterprise software.
  • Material infrastructure commitments involving compute, cloud services, energy, data centers, networking, or other critical AI inputs.
  • Significant grants, licensing arrangements, or talent transactions that materially affect AI competition or development.
  • Transactions valued at approximately $500,000 or more, when disclosed.
  • Transactions involving major AI companies or strategically important technologies, even when financial terms are undisclosed.

Editorial Judgment

The table is intended as a research resource rather than a formal market index. We occasionally include transactions that fall outside traditional merger-and-acquisition categories when they provide meaningful insight into the evolution of AI markets, competitive dynamics, infrastructure buildout, or industry consolidation.

The table is an editorial research resource compiled from public announcements, media reports, regulatory filings, company disclosures, and other publicly available information.

Verification and Transaction Status

These designations provide transparency regarding the current state of available information and may be revised as additional facts become available. Reported, proposed, or uncompleted transactions are identified as such whenever possible.

* = Additional verification required. One or more material details, such as parties, amount, structure, date, attribution, or source accounts, require further confirmation or reconciliation.

† = Reported, proposed, rumored, under discussion, subject to a letter of intent, or otherwise not confirmed as completed.

*† = Both conditions apply.

Data Sorting

You may sort by acquiring or investing company, target company, deal type, category, purpose, value, and year. You may also search the list. We strive to maintain an accurate list, but it is made available for directional purposes only.
